• All room rates are per room, quoted in Thai Baht and include service charges (10%) and government tax (7%).
• Breakfast is served all the day without interruption (not included)
• All bungalows are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on terrace
• Wireless internet access available in all the bungalows and resort facilities
• Laundry and Ironing facilities
• Check-in time is at 14.00 // Check-out time is at 11.00
• Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Late check-out within the period of 11:00 noon till 13:00 will be applied 50% room charge.
• Late check-in, if you fail to show up or do not let us know of your late, we will consider the bungalow cancelled.
• Transfer from/to pier is not included in room rate, please if you need a pick-up service, send us an email with the boat’s company name and the exact time of arrival. The price from Thongsala pier is 200 thb/pers for min 2 pers (baby are free until under 2 years old , 100 thb until 6 years old) or 250 thb for people alonev
• On resort premises we do NOT ACCEPT credit cards.
Extras policy
• Child under 2 years: Baby cot and breakfast free of charge (baby cot is available on request).
• Extra bed – One older child or adult is charged 250 Baht/ Night (All seasons).
Booking restrictions
• Full Moon Reservation: Minimum stay of 3 nights; the arrival date is at least 1 day before the Full Moon date.
• Christmas & New Year reservations: Minimum stay of 4 nights.
Deposit payment
• 50% Pre-Payment is required at the time of the reservation if the amount is up 5000thb (under this amount we will charge 100%)
• Remaining balance will be paid on arrival.
Cancellation/Modification policy
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within the 30 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged the total price if they modify within the 30 days before arrival.
• Any early check-out is no refund.
• Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given
• Failure refund , administration fee are 5% of deposit
• About full moon period , no refund for any booking on this period.
